Why is the ladder belt cracked? how to fix?
* Cause of surface cracking:
- The groove of the pulley is too small compared to the cross-section of the wire.
- Slide the belt.
- The diameter of the back belt tensioner is too small.- Not well maintained- Working environment is too hot or too cold
* How to fix:
- Use a slotted pulley that matches the wire cross-section
- Strap tension
- Replace the tensioner with the appropriate diameter.
- Do not roll up, bend back, bend back too small. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and heat
- Adjust the appropriate temperature environment.
