REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR OIL

RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ refrigerant oils are specially developed on a synthetic ester base that does not contain chlorine or fluorinated hydrocarbons (HFC/C). The product is compatible with polar HFC/FC refrigerants.

The RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ series is especially suitable for all HFC/FC refrigeration compressors that do not contain chlorine as refrigerant. For example, R134a, R404A or R410A.

Depending on the viscosity, RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ refrigerant oil is recommended for hermetic, semi-hermetic, open-piston screw and air compressor systems.

RENISO TRITON SEZ 22 is particularly suitable for deep freezing systems operating with R23.

The RENISO MS series lubricates refrigeration compressors with CFC/HCFC refrigerants according to DIN 51 503 for high temperatures and heavy load conditions. The product has good miscibility with refrigerants R22 and R502. RENISO MS refrigerant compressor oils are particularly recommended for refrigerant HCFCs and also for 'receiver' refrigerants containing chlorine, e.g. R401 and R402.

RENISO K SERIES

(VG 32, 46, 68, 100)

RENISO KM 32, KS 46, KC 68 are recommended for use with Ammonia (R717) and CFC/HCFC systems in open, semi-hermetic and closed systems. RENISO KES 100 is recommended for use in CFC/HCFC refrigerant systems, especially where evaporation is high and condensation temperatures are likely to occur.

RENISO K oils are developed on specially filtered mineral base oils for use at low temperatures. Ensure that RENISO K oils are resistant to aging when combined with any common refrigerant especially with Ammonia (NH3) and with HCFCs (CFCs).

RENISO SYNTH is based on Polyalphaolefin (PAO) with excellent chemical and thermal stability. It has been developed specifically for applications where Ammonia is used as a refrigerant. RENISO SYNTH has a better service life than mineral oil-based refrigerants.

RENISO SYNTH 68 meets and exceeds the refrigerant requirements for non-miscible Ammonia (NH3) - DIN 51 503-1, type KAA.

RENISO PG/RENISO PAG

(VG 68, 100)

RENISO PG 68 is an NH3 blend synthetic refrigerant compressor oil. The oil is developed on a special Polyalkylene Glycols (PAG) base with an additive system designed to enhance aging stability. RENISO PG 68 was developed specifically for NH3 systems using the direct evaporation principle. (RENISO PG 68 Mixed Ammonia) and high water content in Ammonia. RENISO PAG 46 and RENISO PAG 100.

Selected Polyalkylene Glycols (PAGs) for automotive air conditioning systems use R134a as refrigerant. Also recommended to use in Ammonia dry expansion (DX) system (oil mixed with NH3).

RENISO PAG 46 and PAG 100 are also reliable lubrication solutions in systems with Hydrocarbons as refrigerants (e.g. Propane, Propylene).

RENISO C

(VG 55, 85, 170)

RENISO C Series refrigerant oils are based on special synthetic Ester base oils. Formulated for use in Carbon Dioxide (CO2) compressors, in all industrial and commercial refrigeration sectors.

RENISO C is a versatile oil that can be used in secondary as well as critical applications and ensures optimum wear resistance even at high pressures.
